WHERE DID THE TIME GO?

We ask ourselves this question quite often. We're naturally busy-bodies. Life happens. Understandable. But really, where did the time go? Kids grow up so fast and with a blink of an eye, they're off figuring out this thing called life. Not only are kids growing and changing but parents and grandparents are as well. Because life takes its course, it's difficult at times to take a break and reflect. But when we do, it's quite rewarding to see how far we've all come. As a photographer, it is mind blowing and such a treat to see the growth of families, especially the kids. The legacy we choose to leave behind will carry on and possibly give strength to the generations after us. As your photographer, my drive is just that; to do that through visuals. Life is short but can be sweet. So my hope is that when our children and children's children see their family photos, they would remember the big and small victories, the pockets of sweetness, and of course, the challenges. When children grow up and ask the same questions we do so often, I hope that they can remember, reflect, and re-calibrate through photos of how we lived through life with the love we had, the best that we could. Maybe they'll dream bigger, be more confident, more grateful, encouraged, deeply moved, and most importantly...receive or choose forgiveness along the way.

We never know. But it starts with us.
